Unibilt Homes partnered with a Dayton, Ohio development group and their architects to design and build Leeds Certified two bedroom townhomes. The Litehouse townhomes reflect our ability to customize in meeting individual builder/developer specifications. Unibilt was tasked with meeting the mission to create an affordable, energy-efficient, sustainable approach to home building… and we met the task! The townhomes feature three stories comprised of 2100 square feet with open spacious floor plans making the most of flow and design. Low VOC materials, energy efficient lighting and appliances were all specified to meet demanding LEEDS Certification standards. State of the art modular construction reduced on site construction times while reducing the environmental impact to the community.

The Ambrose Apartment project is a LEED Certified Silver multi family complex which replaced sub-standard housing in the Evanston Neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. The project consists of 8, three bedroom townhouses and 18, one and two bedroom flats for a total of 24,000 square feet of living space. Each apartment features Teak Hardwood flooring, ceramic tile kitchens and baths, as well as factory installed fire suppression systems. An on-site elevator and wood stair/deck assemblies provides access to each of the living units in the three story complex. Unibilt worked closely with the builder and builder's architect to provide an aesthetically pleasing solution for affordable housing in inner city Cincinnati. The entire project was completed in less than six months from date of first modules being set, ahead of schedule and on budget.

The Hickory Street apartments offer two-family living on a small site footprint. Each living unit consists of 1064 square feet while each duplex occupies a 38'x28'actual area. A spacious open floor plan greets all that enter with direct views through the living room into the eat-in kitchen. A snack bar provides additional sit down eating space while allowing a visual openness to the home. A half bath on the first floor along with ample storage and first floor washer dryer location, makes the living area a truly functional space. The second floor features two large bedrooms each with walk in closets. A full hall bath is shared by both bedrooms. Tenant separation walls provide fire spread protection as dictated by code. The exterior presents a traditional country look with the site added covered family porch complete with vinyl pickets and rails.

The Pine Grove Triplex represents a combination of town home design and construction with the look of a single building elevation. Living units were constructed as individual townhomes and attached on site to present the look of a single building triplex. Each living unit provides 1166 square feet of living space including two bedrooms and two full baths plus a half bath on the main living floor. The design offers a separate enclosed washer dryer area with bi-fold doors. Fire rated tenant separation walls are provided to meet applicable code requirements. Townhomes can also be offset to present varying elevations and desired curb appeal requirements.

Lake living at its finest! Unibilt Custom Homes was tasked with developing a complete line of "floating homes" by the owner of a marina on Lake Erie. We truly are a custom manufacturer of modular homes and enthusiastically accepted the challenge. Multiple floor plans and designs offered vacation homebuyers a vast array of options to meet their specific requirements. Roof decks range from 220 square feet to 440 square feet and feature a walkable membrane deck material. Additionally covered front porches and rear balconies provide 90 to 180 square feet of outdoor space. Modules are permanently attached to a Merco Marine flotation platform at the site. These elegant vacation homes were built to applicable residential codes complete with all electrical and mechanical systems.
